Ordering was easy, came quite quickly and the product is good

I am giving 3 stars because one of the bcas tub was opened or I would give it a five star everything else is spot on

Good service, Speedy delivery. Only one reservation. the print size on the delivery label was tiny,it took the delivery dude ages to find my parcel while I was waiting in the freezing cold!

Product is always great I’ve been buying for years. My problem was the delivery was very late even though I paid for express. I’ve sent 2 emails requesting a refund for the delivery and had no response. Can’t trust this company anymore which is sad cause I loved the products

Beware, PD is under new ownership and products and service have changed.
Ordered ''All in One Protein'' and it was completely inedible, never had any protein product even a tenth as bad and I was ill for the rest of the day.

The company completely ignored my complaint and I have ended up 20 quid worse off with a product that belongs in the bin.

The link for the tracker was broken, I had to call your offices and was give details I then tried the courier company again and had no idea when the package would be delivered.
Very poor experience due to lack of information.

At this moment 1 star is being quite generous as very disappointed.

Very difficult if nigh on impossible to get hold of via email as the email address appears not to be there, extremely difficult to get hold of via phone as number removed so had to track via another business

No sign of my product after 7 days even though it was meant to have been dispatched on the 20th. The hermes tracking number cant trace it nor can yodel who I was advised by a customer service agent it was with

Such a shame because my last experience of them was fantastic and offers a great product at amazing prices. I hope it shows up soon so I can amend this based solely on the product

I would highly recommend this company and I would also highly recommend to join up as a member for £10 as the discounts after are a massive savings.

The products are brilliant, trying to buy them is a mission!!
The website is poor ,it's hard work to navigate, it loops you round and is slow to respond.
I have tried it on wi fi at home and work and on 5G always the same.
I look forward to the new website.

Okay, it'snot the biggest selection in the world, but they have what I personally need and at a damn good price. If you use a lot of regular items then I highly recommend you join PD.

Web site suggests next day delivery once picked! After six days I emailed customer service twice, asking how long it would take, no response.
Ten days after ordering finally received my products.
Product good, customer service not so!

I didn’t receive my item in a bundle that I ordered, also their website charged me fir delivery when it said it was free. I can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this as no number to call and I’ve sent a few emails and have had no response, this is just shocking customer service and I’m out of pocket.

I absolutely love this company and honestly would not buy my supplements anywhere else. I have used Protein Dynamix for a long time and they have only ever let me down once - this was due to a server error which resulted in their email systems not functioning correctly. As a result, my order was missed but once they were made aware of it, it was resolved very quickly and they even refunded my shipping as a gesture of good will.
I highly recommend PD - their protein is by far the best tasting and easy to mix I have used.

My last experience wasnt very pleasant took me two weeks to sort things out, this time Im amazed at how quick the delivery was, got it th next day. The products are as always very good, would recommend to freinds an family long as the service is good.

Love the protein bars! I think their are the best in the market at the moment, love the taste & the nutritional value, the delivery was fast. There was one issue with my order however I was very happy with the way it was sorted quickly!
